The Ultra-Thane 230 Wall Foam system is a two- component, spray -applied, closed- cell, semirigid insulation with a nominal in-place density of 2.0 pcf. The insulati on is produced in the field by combining an isocyanate component A with a resin component B in a one-to -one volume ratio. Components have a shelf life of six months when stored in factory -sealed containers at temperatures between 40 ° F (4.5 ° C) and 75 ° F (24 ° C). The liquid components are supplied in 55 -gallon (208 L) drums.
