Acrylic Coatings
GCMC formulates and manufactures multiple grades of acrylic roof coatings. Ultra-Flex acrylic coatings are ideal for over spray polyurethane foam repair and as a restoration roof system for metal, BUR and singly ply substrates. Ultra-Flex products are water-based, CRRC-compliant, easy-to-apply coatings to provide excellent adhesion, durability, and impact resistant. Ultra-Flex acrylic coatings create a tough field applied membrane that resists foot traffic, temperature fluctuations and extreme weather conditions.

Polyurea Coatings
Ultra-Tuff aromatic polyurea and polyurethane coatings are designed to perform in the harshest environments. These coatings are used primarily as a base coat for providing vapor-retarding benefits for insulated wine and CO2 tanks. A topcoat is required to ensure UV reflectance. Ultra-Tuff coatings are also effective as a durable hail resistance basecoat for spray foam roofs.

Ultra-Bond primers can provide many benefits including proper bonding to the primary substrate, asphalt bleed blocking, moisture drive blocking, rust inhabiting, or enhance solar gain on colder substrates. Roof Granules
GCMC uses weather-resistant roofing granules for use on granule-surfaced, BUR and modified bitumen membranes. Adding granules to the second UV layer of protective coating gives roofs their cool-roof rating.
GCMC polyester roof fabric that can be embedded into Ultra-Flex or Ultra-Guard roof coatings to strengthen penetrations, seams and fully encapsulate existing roof membranes. The fabric reinforces cracks, seams, joints, large openings, gaps, splits, and tears in any roof system.
