ULTRA-BOND 30 is a ready to use low viscosity waterborne modified acrylic primer/sealer that develops a tenacious bond to existing cementitious roof substrates. Ultra-Bond 30 is especially suited as a sealer to be used in combination with Ultra-Flex 1000 for repair and recoat on Sprayed polyurethane roof on which a concrete overlay layer has been applied as a surfacing material. Ultra-Bond 30 can also be used as a primer over existing acrylic coated roofs prior to the application of a new layer of acrylic topcoat.
